Bright Health Platform grew out of a simple frustration: the tools available to patient advocates were inadequate, insecure, and not built for the complexity of the work. We decided to build the platform we wished existed.

Our mission is to give advocates the professional infrastructure they need to do their best work: secure, compliant, comprehensive, and built for the full complexity of real patient cases. When advocates spend less time on administration, they can support more patients - and that's better for everyone.

Health data privacy isn't a marketing claim - it's a legal and ethical obligation. We built security into the architecture of the platform, not as an afterthought. Every feature was designed with the question: 'Does this protect the patient?'

Advocates are busy professionals doing complex, emotionally demanding work. Software that's confusing or cluttered disrespects their time and expertise. We believe great software should feel effortless - so advocates can focus on patients, not tools.
